Our free pick up service applies to qualifying items. It may have some minor wear, minor pet hair, or minor staining. This service does not apply to patterned designed sofas.
Couches in poor condition (broken frame, smoke damage, severe pet damage, bonded leather, incomplete sets, or major rips) may be subject to a removal fee.

- Outdated Design (Ex: Vintage, Floral, Patterned)
- Smoke Damage
- Severe Pet Damage (Ex: urine, excessive hair, odors)
- Broken Frames/Broken Mechanics
- Discoloration/Sun Damage
- Missing Sections
- Peeling Faux Leather
- Major Rips or Tears
- Major Wear (Ex: sunken seats, worn down fabric, etc.)
Please Note: Our initial estimate is not the final decision. We can only provide as accurate an estimate as possible based on the information provided. Upon arrival, our team will do a final inspection of the sofa. The team may add additional fees if applicable. If the team determines that a fee must be added you have the right to refuse service at no cost.
We reserve the right to refuse removal for any reason upon inspecting the couch.
All removal fees are non-negotiable.

How Do I Know What Condition My Couch Is In?
The best way to find out the condition of your couch is to submit a removal form. We will give you an estimate ASAP.
Can I Recycle a Couch in Poor Condition
Yes. However, it will be subject to a couch removal fee. To find out how much the fee will be, fill out a form and we will get back to you with a quote.
How Soon Can My Couch Be Removed?
Please provide at least 1 week notice before pick up. However, we may be available with in 72 hours.
When Is The Best Time To Fill Out A Removal Form?
ASAP! We can schedule up to a month from your initial submitted form. (Great for new couch delivery expected in a few weeks.)
